FAQ

1600 Christian Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146. The main entrance to The Deacon are the large green doors off of Christian Street. We are located on the 2nd Fl (no elevator).

The Deacon is in an urban residential zone with limited street parking. Clients should encourage guests to arrive via lyft/uber/taxi as much as is possible. The closest public parking garage is Lincoln Square Parking on 15th Street between Carpenter and Washington.

A loading zone is conveniently located next to the building on 16th street for easy load-in and load-out.

You will receive an email or text from ButterflyMX the day before check in. This will be your virtual key to access the building during your stay. Click on the link to open your Virtual Key and bring up the QR code to scan at the entrance. To the right of our front door you will see a screen/access panel. Press Virtual Key and/or hold the QR code up to the camera. Please pass this along to anyone who is expected to enter the space.

Use of tables, chairs + couches that live in the common area, Wifi + Sonos surround sound speakers, iPad, Small PA system with wireless mics, Apple TV + Free standing Projector and screen, Chef kitchen.

Our 8 bedrooms feature original stained glass windows, unique artwork and luxury furniture, mattresses by Wright and products by Malin+Goetz.

Check In is 4pm and Check Out is 11am for overnight stays. If you require additional time, please reach out to us directly.
